An Interim Staffing Solutions Assignment is when Madison-Davis Professional Services was brought in to work along side of the client company staff in executing a specific assignment or an ongoing function such as accounts receivable or management reporting. These are samples of this type of service provided:
- Business Services Industry. In 2001 when this leader in their industry was faced with mounting lawsuits and lawyers were swarming all over the company, Madison-Davis Professional Services was called with a staff of six professionals to help compile all of the data the attorneys needed to file the required legal documents.
Time was of the essence and although this project did not last long the intensity of the situation required long days and nights for about seven weeks.
- Consumer Products Industry. In 2002, when this international consumer product manufacturer was experiencing huge growth and increase in U.S. market share, Madison-Davis Professional Services was brought in to assist in performing various functions in the accounting department as it reported its financial results back to the parent company in Japan.
Madison-Davis has maintained staff on assignment at this client for over two years.
- Distribution Industry. In 2003 after a natural disaster, this $250 million distributor of consumer products had to file a very large insurance claim which required the work of Madison-Davis Professional Services to come in to help prepare the claim.
Documentation that was destroyed had to be created in order to help this company stay in business. Madison-Davis was there in the trenches for months to help the company get back on track.
- Advertising Industry. In 2004, a worldwide advertising firm, upon acquiring a competitor, retained three Madison-Davis Professional Services staff to analyze and reconcile the balance sheet accounts and install a new billing software package.
As additional assimilation issues came up a fourth and later a fifth professional services staff member were added to handle other projects that lasted another four months.
