Identify and execute Project Finance opportunities within the energy and infrastructure sectors for the Project Finance Group of an International Bank with US operations in New York City and Houston, TX.
The Project Finance team is responsible for the identification, structuring, negotiation, and due diligence of new Project Finance business opportunities, with primary revenue generating responsibility. The Candidate will report directly to the U.S. Head of Corporate Finance. The role will focus on energy and infrastructure opportunities in the United States.
Principal Accountabilities include:
Assist team members with deal execution Conducting due diligence
Prepare credit analysis for new transactions and underwriting Financial Modeling for new transactions
Prepare term sheets
Participating in the marketing and execution of new deals
Assistance in developing marketing plans, pitch books and presentations.
