Madison-Davis Financial Staffing will provide skilled professionals to its clients through one of three methods: Supplemental Staffing, Contract to Hire, and Search.
Contract or Temporary Staffing affords you the ability to expand or re-staff for special projects. It also allows you to add staff for peak workloads due to periodic financial reporting deadlines, tax deadlines, system conversion and variable staffing fluctuations, with no fixed costs, unwarranted or unwanted commitments.
Contract to Hire Staffing gives you and the candidate the opportunity for a trial period prior to hiring. This option offers you the ability to evaluate the skills and fit of a candidate within your organization before extending the hiring offer.
Direct Hire or Search will expand a clients options to include all employed and unemployed candidates within a given market. Our consultants will develop a customized recruitment plan based upon your specific requirements and our experience.
Strategic Partnership will meet the needs of companies with high volume and/or multiple vendor usage, providing solutions tailored to suit your business objectives. This offering includes on-or-off site managers and customized delivery processes.
